The left/right balance control lets you adjust the volume in each ear. Furthermore, the RS 195 gives you a choice of Listening Modules: The "Speech Mode" eliminating background noise and enhancing speech intelligibility. The "Music Mode" reproduces even delicate nuances by increasing the dynamic range.
