Returns & Refund Policy

At Vmart.pk, we aim to provide our customers with 100% genuine, brand-new, manufacturer-sealed products. We understand that sometimes issues may occur, so we have outlined our returns and refund policy below.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final.

Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Returns are only accepted in case of manufacturing defects, faulty items, or if the wrong product is delivered.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be:

In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

Unused and in the same condition as received (except for the defect).

3. Process for Returns

1. Contact our customer support at admin@vmart.pk or WhatsApp 0323-2290714 within 3 days of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, photos/videos of the defect, and details of the issue.
3. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return process.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is approved due to a defect or wrong item, Vmart.pk will cover the return shipping cost.

If the product is found to be non-defective, the buyer may be responsible for shipping charges.

5. Refunds / Replacements

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process either a replacement or a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Software, downloadable products, and digital goods.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or customer negligence.

Products without original packaging, missing accessories, or tampered serial numbers.

Items like Gadgets etc which are explicitly sold without any warranty. 

7. Warranty Claims

For items covered by manufacturer or distributor warranty, warranty claims will be processed as per the terms mentioned on the product page or warranty card.
Please confirm warranty of the item you wish to purchase at the time of purchase so we can clearly communicate the warranty offered on that item.
