SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 working* days after confirmation absolutely  We deliver to your doorstep all over Pakistan. For more details please contact customer service.

Orders received by 12.00pm shall be processed the same day whereas orders received after 12.00pm shall be processed the following day. Delivery time of 1-2 working days shall be counted from the order processing date. In rare cases delivery time may exceed 1-2 working days.

**Rs.200 is charged as standard shipping rate.
***All orders weighing 1-2 kg will be delivered  all over Pakistan. For greater weights, nominal freight charges at actual shall be charged for all orders outside Karachi.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders once processed (dispatched) can’t be cancelled. In the event of the customer canceling the order at the time of delivery and/or refusing to take delivery an order cancellation charge of Rs.250/- shall be levied. This charge is non-negotiable and irrevocable.

 

DISCOUNTS POLICY

Vmart runs special discount schemes from time to time. For redemption of discounts, the customer must present discount coupon corresponding to the relevant product at the time of delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Since all products sold by us are brand new and manufacture packed, refunds/returns are not possible. However, in case of manufacturing defects, warranty claim may be placed with us. Warranties vary from product to product. For more details about warranty information kindly contact customer service.
