Good Communication and Follow-up

Original product. Working perfect. Long USB cable (around 3 meter I believe). Good night vision. Video quality is pretty good. Almost no lag in live video feed which is great. Motion tracking works fine.

Motion alerts are fairly quick. No human shape detection though. Camera takes 1 minute break after a motion alert before next motion alert. At first I thought this is bad but after some use it makes sense as having 10 to 20 alerts in quick succession does not make much sense. This is much better than Wyze cameras which have a 5 minute gap between motion alerts. If you open a motion alert and hit playback, camera takes you to exact place in the recorded feed where the motion was detected.

You can select from Standard, Hi-Def and Ultra HD video quality. At Ultra HD quality, a 32GB card can store around 24 hours recording. So you need a bigger card if you want to store continuous recording at this quality for a few days. Up to 256GB card is supported. You can select to store continuous video, or record only when motion is detected. Video quality is pretty good even at Hi-Def. There is option to store the video in encrypted format. No cloud storage option if you specify Pakistan as your country. Not sure if it is possible to select a different country.

You can share the camera with your friends and family (they need EZVIZ app). PC software EZVIZ studio can also be used to view and record the video feed. Two way audio is also good and clear. Works with IFTTT and Google Home. Does not work with Samsung SmartThings. EZVIZ app works with older Android versions. I was able to install and use it on the Android 4.4 display of my car.
