Product was original.. and i always purchase electronic gadgets from vmart because of originality, availability, and competetive prices.

Although the product is genuine, and original, but I have given 3 stars only because of your choice of shipment company. The Leopards shipment was pathetic. The rider came late, and was very rude. He literally shouted, ke pehley pesey do, phir mein product doon ga. When I gave him money and got the product, the packaging was slightly damaged. I asked him what is this, and how do I know what is inside, whether a rock or damaged product, he again was very rude and said we are not responsible. Thankfully, product inside was not damged when I opened the package, but the attitude of Leopards rider was very bad. I recommend you to change your shipment company. Thanks.

Apologies for the rude behaviour of LCS. We shall lodge a complaint with them regarding this. As for packaging, rest assured we take special care to pack all products in a way that they don’t get damaged during transit.

After buying the product with full confidence that v mart would be the best place to get the best price on online electronics and utility products I found out that it costs 7.3k in sadar at the moment. It was the first time vmart didn’t compete with market price for a product. Hopefully they be more competitive with their prices in the future as for the product it was great
